Foundations is built for the transition from individual contributor to first-time manager. Advanced is built for the next transition: from managing a team of individual contributors to leading through other managers. Different programme, different challenges. The same rigorous approach: real challenges, personal accountability, and an AI coaching partner between sessions.
Between three and a half and four hours per session. Longer than Foundations because the challenges are more complex and the work in the room goes deeper. The same Prime, Execute, Elevate structure applies throughout.
No. The Advanced is designed for managers with three or more years of experience who are navigating the manager-of-managers transition. If that is where you are, you do not need to have completed Foundations first.
