When the numbers do not tell the whole story.
We interview the people affected, whether that is the managers on the cohort or the people around them, to understand what is really happening on the ground. It grounds the work in the real problem, not the assumed one, and surfaces what diagnostics and dashboards cannot. It feeds directly into programme design and the anchors for each workshop.
When Team Voice is the right tool
Quantitative diagnostics are powerful, but they cannot always tell you the why, or capture something still emerging. Team Voice is what we reach for when the real story is human.
Conflict between teams or layers
When departments, or layers of management, are in conflict and the quantitative data cannot explain why. Diagnostics tell you something is wrong; interviews tell you what it actually is, and where the tension really sits.
After significant change
When you have been through significant change and the data is lagging or only just emerging. The dashboards still describe the old world; on-the-ground interviews capture what is genuinely happening now, while it is still forming.
