I built 10X Managers because I lived the problem it solves. Promoted into management from a sales role at Gartner, I was overwhelmed, isolated, and underserved by training that had nothing to do with the job in front of me. So I went looking for a better way to learn and found it in community: real managers solving real problems together. That discovery became Performance Partnering, the model every 10X partner now runs.
